PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

All items (unless listed as Ready to Ship) are made to order just for you, this allows you to add on any upgrades or accessories you prefer. Production begins once payment is received, so there can be no cancellations after this point. If you make a mistake while placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to get it corrected for you.

Current production time is listed in product description of every item, but is generally 4-5 weeks. This is an estimate, and we do our best to keep it accurate. We will try to contact you (via email supplied) if we expect any further delay on your order.

Your order will be shipped via Canada Post or USPS, no signature required unless requested. You may ship to any address, but we do require your credit card billing address to process payment. We will contact you when your order is shipping.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of the products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand behind our products and any quality issues will be dealt with to your satisfaction, through repairs or replacements.

We guarantee 100% satisfaction and will be happy to exchange most items (excluding Personalized products) if they are not what you expected. Please understand that colors on computer monitors may differ and we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies. Feel free to contact us before an order is placed, if you need more information regarding the color of an item.
